SharePoint Bulk Zip & Unzip provides an easy and convenient way for users to zip and unzip their documents within SharePoint Library. Documents can be packed and sent as an attachment in an email message. Documents can also be imported as a Zip file and automatically unpacked while still retaining its folder structure.
SharePoint Document Number Generator
SharePoint Document Number Generator automatically generates unique numbers or names enabling documents to be easily identifiable and classified. Users can set up numbering schemes so that incoming documents will receive a unique name or number automatically.
SharePoint Item Audit Log enables users to view audit logs and monitor events in real time. Audit logs can be viewed at item, library and list level through to context menus and ribbon buttons. With SharePoint Item Audit Log users can also sort, filter and manipulate the data to analyze activities within a library or document and make decisions for compliance or record management.
SharePoint List Advanced Filter
SharePoint List Advanced Filter reduces an administrator’s workload by allowing users to set up individual configurations and unique filter panels. Users can set-up complex and multi-field filters, filter any SharePoint column and filter by complex comparison operators.
