If you haven’t yet noticed from out site, a new product is coming out soon – SharePoint Calendar Rollup.
Default calendars are found mostly in any program, from SharePoint to Microsoft Exchange, to Google Mail among other external source within your internal or external organization.
But to integrate SharePoint List/Library and Microsoft Exchange, only a few programs have this feature. A lot of professionals are looking for calendar integration in SharePoint and other external sources – SharePoint Calendar Rollup has that.
Different calendar sources can be compiled and viewed in one central calendar view. More functionality and features are available in SharePoint Rollup Calendar as compared to ordinary calendar features.
As more events from different sources populate your Rollup Calendar, users can color-code event sources so as to avoid confusion. Work-related and personal schedule are nicely coded with different colors for easy viewing.
Another nice feature to Calendar Rollup is that while viewing calendar events, users are able to drag-and-drop events to different dates.
Lastly, whenever a user mouse-overs an event, details of the certain event is displayed in a little tooltip window (screenshot below).
