Connection issue to SQL Database

All Ribbon Button are Greyed out

All ribbon buttons are grayed out in Permission Manager

Solution:

1. Replace the original dataGridManager.js to the new one, here is the download link of new file: http://www.boostsolutions.com/software/others/dataGridManager.js

2. the “Script” folder in this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\SharePointBoost\Permission Manager\PermissionManagement\Scripts

Go to “Script” folder, and using the file you downloaded to replace the original “dataGridManager.js” file.

3. Clear the Cache in the browser, after replacing the file.
