And sometimes the truth is The right user accounts did not receive emails.<\/p>\n
Why it happened? The answer is the email of user account is not the one as you thought.<\/p>\n
Here are the steps to find out the email accounts:<\/p>\n
1 Please log on as administrator and go to site settings -> people and groups<\/p>\n
Change the url to make the MembershipGroupId=0, like<\/p>\n
change it from<\/p>\n
http:\/\/192.168.6.136\/_layouts\/15\/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=7
\nto<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
