A view for a calendar can display  a <strong>maximum of ten calendars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A SharePoint calendar enables you to work with multiple Exchange and  SharePoint calendars at the same time. For example, a group calendar is  helpful when you schedule a team meeting, because you can see the  Exchange calendars of team members to know who is free and SharePoint calendars of  resources and, such as conference rooms, availability of team members etc., in one group calendar view.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Note <\/strong> To change calendar settings, you must have at least the design permission level for the site.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>In a SharePoint calendar, in the ribbon, on the <strong>Calendar tab<\/strong>, click <strong>Calendar Overlays<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the Calendar Overly Settings page, click <strong>New Calendar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">To add a SharePoint calendar<\/span><\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>In the <strong>Name and Type<\/strong> section, type the <strong>Calendar Name<\/strong> and then select <strong>SharePoint<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Calendar Overlay Settings<\/strong> section, type a <strong>Description<\/strong> for the calendar (optional), and change the <strong>Color<\/strong> theme for the calendar (optional).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong> Tip <\/strong> Selecting different colors for different calendars makes it easier to distinguish which calendar an event is from.<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Type the Web URL for the SharePoint site that the calendar is in,  such as https:\/\/spbisad.com\/TWGroupWorkSite\/calendar, and then click  Resolve. If the calendar is in the same site as the group calendar, Web  URL will already be populated accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>List<\/strong> drop-down arrow and select the calendar that you want to add to the calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>List View<\/strong> drop-down arrow and select the view that you want to use for the calendar.<\/li>\n<li> If you want this SharePoint calendar to always display in the SharePoint group calendar, select <strong>Always Show<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">To add an Exchange calendar<\/span><\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>In the <strong>Name and Type<\/strong> section, type the <strong>Calendar Name<\/strong> and select <strong>Exchange<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Calendar Overlay Settings<\/strong> section, type a <strong>Description<\/strong> for the calendar (optional), and change the default <strong>Color<\/strong> theme for the calendar (optional).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong> Tip <\/strong> Selecting different colors for different calendars makes it easier to distinguish which calendar an event is from.<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Click <strong>Find<\/strong>. <strong>Outlook Web Access URL<\/strong> and <strong>Exchange Web Service URL<\/strong> will be filled in automatically.
