For Alert Reminider Boost 2.x, when an item is changed or created, the workflow will be "In Progress" forever, how to terminate those workflows?
Solution:
1. For the workflows which already sent out emails, please set "Exit Workflow Conditions" the same as "Conditions" in alert/reminder part.
2. For all of the workflows, Please use below tool to terminate them:

Please NOTE: The tool can terminate all of the workflows in progress for one time, which means, if an item, which had a workflow in progress and the workflow has been terminated by the tool before, is changed and triggers another workflow in progress, the tool can’t help to terminate the new workflow any more.
3. Upgrade to Alert Reminder Boost 3.x or greater versions to solve this issue if you are using product on SharePoint 2010 or 2013.
